Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy is a regenerative medical treatment that utilises the patient's own concentrated platelets, rich in growth factors, to stimulate and support natural hair growth. At Reviva Aesthetics, this treatment is enhanced with with Hair complexes rich in biotin and exosomes.
Basically, we combine the administration of PRP using dermatic gun followed by PPP mixed with Asce Exosomes or hair complexes rich in biotin infused via microneedling.

Treatment Protocol
Initial Assessment and Scalp Analysis:
The scalp is evaluated using high-magnification imaging to assess follicular density, vascularity, and overall scalp condition. A tailored protocol is developed based on the degree of thinning and treatment goals.
Blood Collection and Plasma Preparation:
A small volume of the patient’s blood is drawn and centrifuged using a dual-spin technique to isolate the plasma layer rich in platelets and growth factors. This is then boosted with Neopen Microneedling using Hair Complexes Rich in Biotin and Exosomes for enhanced efficacy.
Scalp Preparation and Anaesthesia:
The scalp is disinfected, and topical anaesthetic is applied to ensure comfort throughout the procedure.
Delivery of PRP with hair complexes rich in Biotin and Asce Exosomes:
Using a motorised mesotherapy injector, the PRP solution is delivered into the superficial dermis of the scalp at a uniform depth. The injector allows for consistent dosing and minimal trauma, focusing on the crown, hairline, and any areas of noticeable thinning
Final Massage and Instructions:
A light massage ensures optimal absorption, and a protective post-treatment serum may be applied. Aftercare guidance is provided both verbally and in written format.

Post-Treatment Care Guidelines
- Do not wash the hair or apply any products to the scalp for 24 hours post-treatment
- Avoid strenuous activity, heat exposure, direct sun, and saunas for 48–72 hours
- Refrain from hair colouring, chemical treatments, or scalp exfoliation for at least 7 days
- Use gentle, sulphate-free shampoo as advised by the clinic
- Avoid scratching, brushing aggressively, or applying oils to the scalp during the first week
- Monitor for mild redness or tenderness, which typically resolves within 24–48 hours
Recommended Treatment Frequency
- A course of 4-6 sessions according to individual treatment plan spaced 4 weeks apart is advised for optimal follicular stimulation and visible improvement
- Maintenance treatments are recommended every 4–6 months, depending on the stability of the hair condition and patient response
- Results may be observed within 6–8 weeks, including reduced shedding, stronger hair shafts, and visible increase in density over time
